We are looking for a self-motivated and customer oriented individual to becoming part of our growing team. As an account representative you will handle office administrative responsibilities, assisting and advising customers on the best coverages for them, and bringing on new customers.

To succeed in this job, you need to be patient, empathetic, and articulate. You should be excited to speak with the customers and motivated to help them. You need to be a natural problem solver, and get a feeling of satisfication to go above and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in answering income calls
• Investigate and explain billing questions
• Make 15-20 outbound sales calls every hour
• Build sustainable relationships with customers
• Handle customer compliants, and provide caring solutions

Skills:

• Average Computer Skills
• Basic Knowledge of Outlook
• Strong communicator on the phone
• Problem solve on the fly
• Learn from your mistakes
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Requirements:

• Consistant reliable transportation
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Hospitality/customer service experience
• The ability to pass a background check
• The ability to pass the Property and Casualty Insurance License Exam (study materials, training, and on job study time are provided)
• The ability to pass the Life and Health Insurance License Exam (study materials, training, and on job study time are provided)
